Monsieur Blonde takes special care in the innovative design and manufacture of its products and therefore takes intellectual property very seriously.

All other protected trademarks, whether registered or not, include: brand names, illustrations, images and photographs, logos, graphics, text, registered or unregistered designs. Any reproduction, whether complete or partial, modification or use of the Intellectual Property, for whatever reason and in whatever medium, without our written, express and prior agreement is strictly prohibited.
All orders placed on our website are sent from Bali, Indonesia.
Monsieur Blonde is not liable or responsible for any losses or damages during shipping transit with courier service.
ORDERING IN INDONESIA
We offer free delivery for shipments all-over Indonesia.
ORDERING OUTSIDE INDONESIA
Before making the final payment, all shipping fee will be calculated automatically by DHL during checkout. Please note that the fee varies according to the destination of the package.
Monsieur Blonde is not responsible for customs/duties attached to your shipment. Please research fees ahead of time so you can budget accordingly. Payment will not be refunded for any shipments that are refused or abandoned by you.
However, we will gladly offer you free shipping if your total amount exceeds USD 250. You will be responsible for all duties & customs charges.Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Monsieur Blonde does not have any control over these charges or is unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own country’s regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Monsieur Blonde will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned and Monsieur Blonde will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering, Monday to Friday. However some orders will take 3-4 days to process.
Orders placed on business days after 01:00 PM (GMT +8 hours / Bali Time) are typically processed on the following business day.
If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday it will not be processed until the following business day.
For International orders, parcels will be shipped via DHL with a tracking number, for any destination in the world (excluding Russia).
Within Indonesia the shipping will be arranged with the most suitable courier according to your destination.
An email will be sent enclosing the tracking number, so you can follow each step of the shipment.
2021 HOLIDAY SEASON EXCHANGE
This holiday season, purchases bought between Dec 1st through Dec 31st, 2021, are welcomed to be exchanged until Jan 31st 2022 online and in-store.
Items should be in original packaging or must be in "like new" condition to exchange them.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges on earrings; lingerie items must be unworn & unwashed.
We cannot accept exchange without a receipt. Should you purchase the item as a gift, please provide the complete details of your gift recipient’s full name, email address, and phone number so we can track the transaction for exchange.
In-store exchanges are welcome regardless of purchase method.
If you are outside of Indonesia, shipment return costs to and from Monsieur Blonde are your responsibility. You will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which we are shipping.
Due to COVID-related delays, return might experience a delay. Our customer service will follow up and update you.
GENERAL RETURN & EXCHANGE
It is possible that an item does not match your expectations, or you change your mind. You have 14 days of purchase to request an exchange or credit upon returning* the goods.
In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another piece or an Online Store Credit.
If, unfortunately, the piece has a fault or defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with sending clear pictures of the piece, so we can understand the problem. Once you have notified us of your faulty item, we will confirm your return in writing. You should then post the item back to us.
Monsieur Blonde will not take care of any mishandled pieces, but only if an eventual factory fault has occurred. Refer to our Care & Production page to learn more on how to handle your pieces.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings; lingerie items must be unworn & unwashed. Please place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund.

Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us as we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost or damaged during your return postage to us, therefore we suggest you use a secure delivery service, by registered mail, so it’s traceable.

It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot be held responsible. We kindly ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.
DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED ITEMS
Our entire production is handmade in a Balinese workshop, in Indonesia. Each jewel is going through several steps of the production process. Even though we’re very careful with our production, we, sometimes, have to face some little adjustments. Handmade items are always imperfectly perfect :)
Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us here within 5 working days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty piece has been returned to us by post. Note that we are not covering shipment cost outside of Indonesia.
All parcels must immediately be opened in the presence of the Courier upon receipt of the goods, to verify that the Goods that are contained in the parcel are undamaged. You acknowledge that if you fail to do this and subsequently find the Goods are not contained therein, or have been damaged during delivery, we may not be able to claim against the Courier. Accordingly, if you do fail to do this, you agree that you will be solely liable for any such loss or damage. Monsieur Blonde is not liable or responsible for any losses or damages during shipping transit with courier service.
SERVICING & REPAIRS
Our jewellery is handmade, every piece is crafted with fine attention to details.
For peace of mind, all our jewellery is covered by 3 months (90 days) warranty from the date of purchase.
After the warranty period has expired, there may be a charge for servicing & repairs. The servicing piece will need to be returned to us, please note that shipping fee is your responsibility. We do try to keep repair costs to a minimum, charges for repair will be calculated once the craftsman has inspected your piece. You will then be asked to confirm that you’d like to go ahead with the repair.
However if breakage occurs under the warranty (under 90 days of receipt), repair or replace will be free of charge, the cost of shipping for return is your responsibility, Monsieur Blonde will only cover the cost of shipping back.
For faulty item, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with sending clear pictures of the piece, so we can understand the problem. Once you have notified us of your faulty item, we will confirm your return in writing. You should then post the item back to us. For more details refer to “Defective & Damage items”.

Each of our jewellery is handmade, using natural materials as much as we can, hand carved gemstones, gold plated & sterling silver metals. We aspire to offer you unique and refined pieces that need care.
Commercial jewellery dips, sonic cleaners, even mild detergent may damage their delicate coating. We recommend not to wear them when doing exercise or if you know you are about to embark on an activity that may expose them to risk.

We only accept returns if the item is in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for full refund or exchange. All items being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging.

What is room service?
Room Service is an on demand program run by Monsieur Blonde, a store on wheels based in Bali that can be booked for private events. We offer our clients a tailor-made concierge service with a selection of hand-picked pieces, as well as our personal shopper’s styling tips and help.
Our team on events is composed of :
1 security driver
1 or 2 sales girls (depending on the size of the event)
Our clients in the main touristic areas of Bali are able to book Room Service on private events for a minimum spending of 3.000.000 IDR
Booking and Payments
You can book our services through Email, WhatsApp or Instagram Direct Messaging.
We will ask you to fill in a short form about the event you are hosting, in order to confirm your booking.
You will be required to make a full payment prior to the event, in the amount of 3.000.000 IDR. We will then issue a merchandise voucher that you can use shopping with us.
Any amount exceeding your voucher during the event should be paid directly in location by cash, credit or debit card.
Reschedule and Cancellations
Once you have confirmed a booking, it will be arranged by our team accordingly.
If after this you wish to alter your arrangements, we will make every effort to assist you. Requests for an amendment must be made in writing to us through one of our contact options 3 (three) working days prior to the date booked.
We require a minimum notice, as all of the arrangements are tailor made. The implementation of any changes is time and work intensive for our team. Your request will then be treated as a reschedule, so it will be subject to our availabilities. In case of date/time changes, your merchandise voucher will be used during the rescheduled event. No rebooking requests will be accepted with less than 3 days’ notice. In that case, they would be considered as a cancellation by you. The validity of the reschedule and the merchandise voucher will be 1 (one) year from the date of issue.

If you wish to cancel a booking, you must contact us as soon as possible, and send us a signed written instruction at our email address : firstname.lastname@example.org
A cancellation will not be effective until we receive and confirm this instruction.
Since we incur costs in cancelling your arrangements, you will have to pay the cancellation charges as set out below :

In the case of us not being able to entirely refund the cancellation charge, we will offer you a Merchandise Voucher of the remaining amount that can be redeemed in our boutiques in Bali or our on-line store (shipping fees would be fully applied). The voucher will be valid 1 (one) year from the date of issue.
Cancellation by us
We may, in exceptional circumstances, be required to cancel your booking in which case a full refund will be made to you. We regret we cannot meet any expenses or losses that you may incur as a result of cancellation.
Since your shopping experience and the operational of our Room Service can be affected by adverse weather conditions, our Monsieur Blonde Team will do the best to preserve the feeling and the nature of our service.
In case of adverse and prohibitive weather conditions on the day of the event we will reschedule, according to availabilities, the event booked. Or, in case this couldn’t be possible on your side, the total Room Service Merchandise Voucher can be redeemed in our boutiques in Bali or our on-line store (shipping fees would be fully applied). The voucher will be valid 1 (one) year from the date of issue.
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. These events can include, but are not limited to (actual or forecasted) natural events, government or local authorities regulations and all similar events outside our control.
However, since this would be something which is completely unprecedented and outside our control, Monsieur Blonde would treat any such changes as Force Majeure. We would then provide suitable alternative arrangements or the possibility to spend the total Room Service Merchandise Voucher in our boutiques in Bali or our on-line store (shipping fees would be fully applied). The voucher will be valid 1 (one) year from the date of issue.
